Living in Canada can mean a variety of things, but the prevailing stereotypes all deal with having a relationship with nature and the general niceness of the population at large. In reality, Canada is a progressive nation with some of the most beautiful and advanced cities, indeed, Toronto is considered one of the top cities in the world. Home to millions and the financial capital of the country, living here or just visiting can be exciting. Arcades and attractions in Toronto offer year round entertainment on top of the variety of festivals and concerts that come throughout the seasons.

In terms of being a city with an eye on the future, Toronto boast a clean and efficient public transit system and has recently wired the area as a whole through a city-wide wi-fi network. With a population in the millions, this was no easy feet and just reiterates the city's commitment to moving forward.

There are dozens of arcades within the city limits and they vary enough that you can choose exactly what kind of environment you want, whether it is the newest games on the market or some old school nostalgia. While the Chinese have a large presence, there are a great number of ethnicities represented from the Greek and Portuguese, to Indian. All through these small enclaves you can find some great dining and truly fun shopping choices.

Considering this is a mall, however, many residents like to scour the different shops that are strewn throughout town that are related to the different ethnicities. There is exciting shopping to be had with Greek, Portuguese, and Indian flavors to name only a handful.

Downtown abuts the waterfront which is one of the most impressive recreational waterfronts in all of North America. Besides being near all manner of shops, restaurants, museums, and science centers, this area has been a backdrop to all manner of festivals. One of the most famous is TIFF, also known as the Toronto International Film Festival, which has even premiered films that have gone on to win Oscars. There is always something to see and do when you're in this dazzling city.
