Although the 2011 BMW ActiveHybrid 7 happens to be hybrid, you will never mistake it for a Prius. Gasoline efficiency is exactly what you think of when you think hybrid but the BMW hybrid is not that fuel efficient. The ActiveHybrid 7 should only be regarded as a mild hybrid system because the car is not able to drive completely under electric power.
