There are a lot of winter sports that someone may be interested in. However, they all require a certain level of physical fitness. Any outdoor activity requires someone to be physically fit. Until someone actually goes skiing they do not realize how hard work it is. It requires a great deal of effort and concentration, but it is worth it. When speeding down the ski slopes, it is an amazing and powerful experience.
