Personalize Your Christmas Greetings For All Loved Ones BEFORE December 01, in 7 Steps or Less!

By CJ Smith

If you could be categorized as a holiday procrastinator , you may (like many others) hit the panic button sometime around mid December when you realize that you have WAY more Christmas Shopping to do and not enough time to squeeze in the mall hopping it takes to do it.

But what would happen to that stress and anxiety if you got smarter this year? What if you started NOW? Wouldn't it be a breath of fresh air to know that by December 1st, everything was done? All cards were out, every gift was taken care of?

It is 100% doable. And I thought I would share it with you!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my top 7 list for ensuring that you can put all of the unnecessary stresses aside and save time and money doing it this Holiday Season:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) Start NOW to collect all of the home / business addresses you will need to send Christmas Greetings and Gifts to this year. (Easiest methods to collect are via email, SMS, facebook wall posts / direct messages, and requests via twitter. ALSO if you have a business site/blog - you could create specialized contact form with all of the address data fields necessary - and start promoting it). But don't forget the old reliable telephone either, it's amazing how effective the good ringer is sometimes.

2) Convert your contact info to a spreadsheet and add a column titled: Gift Level. Then in this Gift Level column you can add terms like: Card, Card + Gift, Multi-Gift Pack etc. This way you can filter by Gift Level and act accordingly.

3) Visit a digital design company online such as DesignerDigitals.com to select your favorite holiday images or text graphics (ranging in price from $0.25/image to $6.99/image pack). AND/OR Select your favorite family photo (to use on your annual Christmas Card).

4) *If customizing the graphics start to finish, you can use a computer graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop (regular or CS4), Corel Draw or even Windows Paint to compile your graphics together in a standard size (such as 4.5 x 5 inches). OR you can simply upload the images to your favorite card maker program (if flexible enough) and design on demand.

5) Sign up for a print on demand "personalized greeting card" company (like: http://bit.ly/SOCGreetingCards) where you can upload all of your contacts, personalize each and every card, select gifts or choose complete gift packs and hit send to have them post mailed to your recipients without ever touching the cards or the gifts yourself - all while saving yourself a trip to the post office!

OR....

6) Consider doing your shopping at a personalized gifts store online (such as www.ornamentsandmore.com) - - and customize every gift from start to finish for less than $20.00 - - in turn sending that gift to the recipient directly.

7) Purchase or handmake your box/stack of holiday greeting cards (now), and one of those fantastic store bought gift-credit cards (ie: $10 / $20 for your favorite restaurant or music store) for every friend or loved one you care for, write your sentiments, enclose and stamp them and post mail them by December 01 st.

And that's it! Your Christmas Cards and gifts can be sent to all your family, friends, colleagues and loved ones in 7 simple but highly effective steps!
