Kids Discover Healthy Fun With Ambler PA Kids Gym Programs With 3D Learning

By Jomer Tuyor

Folks in Ambler, Pennsylvania have found a great way for their kids to have healthy fun and learn at the same time. There are gyms in the surrounding communities that are designed just for kids. Ambler PA Childrens Gymnastics has discovered and defined a way of learning that helps kids form healthy habits that will carry over into adulthood.

Recent research supports the idea that when children take part in physical activity there is a good chance that the healthy habits will continue as they grow into adulthood. The habits help build a foundation for an adult who has a well adjusted outlook on life. The research has given active learning the name three dimensional learning.

Get moving is the term given to the first dimension. Kids who participate in regularly scheduled structured activities develop both physical and intellectual skills. Children unwittingly learn good and bad habits. These good habits will serve the child and the future adult well.

Planned physical activity also gives the brain a boost. The child is learning and having fun at the same time, which helps inspire a love of learning. The body and the mind have a symbiotic relationship. Using the brain to teach the body to do something new develops growth in both areas. This is the second dimension, the brain boost.

The third dimension is called citizen kid. When children play in a sports activity they come to realize the importance of team effort and further accept themselves a part of a team. As a team member, what the child does has an affect on the team as a whole. As an adult they become a responsible part of their community.

As the gyms say, this is serious fun. Learning occurs on an organic level. The children are not conscious of the learning, rather it is a by product of the fun activity. Kids are open to it. There is little or no resistance, because they are just kids having fun. Three dimensional learning benefits the body, the mind and the emotions, all in the name of fun.
